So here's where I'll post important stuff for my characters. Feel free to post here with suggestions or rp ideas!

Character Description:
One of the best words that can be used to describe Flint would be 'sparky'. He's quite hyperactive and positive most of the time. He loves helping people, and has loved doing so ever since his father left his mother. He is very protective over friends, and the only time he usually gets aggressive is when someone harms them. He is quite athletic, and loves jogging and playing soccer. He also loves watching soccer, his favorite team being Real Madrid. Flint is rarely seen looking glum or disheartened, as he always likes to look on the bright side of things. He is also very confident, seeming cocky at times.

Desired plots:
~Flint wants a trustworthy and skilled demigod to run supply runs for the Hermes cabin with him.
~He's a real ladies man, and isn't closed to the idea of a fling or two! xD
~He's also looking for people to talk to about personal affairs and his feelings. He has his best friend Jasper, but Jasper is usually busy, and ain't always there

History
Flint Solus grew up in New York city, born to parents as a single child, having no siblings. His father left when Flint was little, leaving his mother in a state of depression. Growing up, Flint tried to be the best son he could be, taking care of his mother, getting decent grades at school, and later getting a job at a local grocery store to provide for her.

Unlike a lot of demigods, Flint seemed to have a good experience in school. At a very young age he met his best friend, Jasper Stone, and the two boys were like two peas in a pod, growing up together, constantly hanging out. They were almost like brothers.

It was almost to Flint's dismay when he was sent to camp. He'd been attacked by his principal, who turned out to be a laistrygonian giant. Luckily he was saved by a satyr who was working as a seeker in his school. Jasper had been out of school that day so Flint didn't get to say goodbye before going to camp.

Camp was amazing in Flint's eyes. It was the begginning of an entire world Flint hadn't even known existed. He was soon claimed as a child of Hermes, his father stopping by camp to personally claim Flint, gifting him with a stopwatch that glowed when trouble was nearby. Flint became a strong demigod, visiting New York every now and then to visit his mother and Jasper. He now enjoys an exciting life at Camp Half-Blood, made more exciting by the fact that Jasper was also a demigod, as was revealed last summer.

Character Description:
Jasper is a kind, gentle guy. However he likes to keep to himself. It's not that he lacks social skills, or that he doesn't like socializing, but he values his alone time. He is most at peace when alone with his electric guitar, a Gibson Les Paul given to him by his father, the god of music. He does not like to be bothered while playing music alone, or while working as a healer. He is a decent healer, learning new tricks every day. His kind, gentle nature aid him while treating the wounded.

Those few that he calls close friends are people he holds very dear. They are the people he likes to converse with. He enjoys having fun and joking around with friends, however he has a very hard working mentality, and this sometimes gets in the way of spending time with friends.

Desired plots:
~I'd like for Jasper to make a few close friends. Right now he kinda just has Flint, and a few of his siblings, so more friends would be great!
~I think it'd be pretty cool for Jasper to have a band, so any characters with musical talents could plot with him!
~I also think it'd be really interesting to see how Jasper would act in a relationship. I reckon he'd be quite awkward at first!
~Jasper's always looking for help with his healing skills, as he's only a novice.
~I'm also looking for someone who can help Jasper unwind and forget about work for a while

History
By the time Jasper Stone was born, his father had already left his mother. He grew up in New York, with a mother who adored music, seeing that Jasper had musical skills at a young age. When Jasper was four, his mother met a new man, and they later married, the man's two daughters joining their family as Jasper's step-sisters.

He did pretty well in school, though his focus was mainly on music. He made friends with a guy his age, Flint Solus. The two boys were inseparable, and they even started a little band, but struggled to do well as they had no bass player, and Flint's drumming skills were sub-standard. Jasper's life took a turn for the worse when Flint had to go to 'a camp' for troubled kids. Jasper's friend only visted once every few months and his excuses for leaving became less and less believeable. He started to feel alone at school, and his grades slipped down a little. Luckily he had music to inspire him. He spent countless evenings in his room playing his guitar, contemplating life. The more he played music, the more his grades recovered. But Jasper still felt quite disappointed. His friend was missing, and other kids at school seemed to outcast him

Thankfully things got better for Jasper. He was at an assembly in school one day, when a giant one eyed creature emerged from the hallway, charging towards Jasper. The boy was confused and horrified. Just before he thought he was going to meet his demise, Jasper heard two loud bangs and the one-eyed creature exploded into dust, revealing that Jasper's friend Flint was standing behind him, two pistols in hand. Flint explained to Jasper that the Greek gods were real, and that Jasper was one of their sons. The two friends returned to Camp Half-Blood. Though Jasper was quite angry that Flint lied to him, he soon forgave him and the two boys became best friends once more.

Jasper fit into camp pretty easily. He was claimed by Apollo after a couple of months, the god giving him an electric guitar that could turn into an axe. Jasper's musical skills improved, and he found he was good at archery. He has recently begun learning how to heal, and is becoming more skilled every day.

Character Description:
Lyra is quite a complicated girl. On a normal day, she's flirty, mischievous, and energetic. She often messes with people's emotions, teasing that she has feelings for them, then moving on from them almost immediately after they tell her they have mutual feelings for her. She dislikes stuck up, 'boring' people, but loves to tick them off.

Deep down, Lyra feels horrible. She knows that leading people on and toying with their emotions is wrong, but yet does it anyway. She has little to no friends besides a couple of her sisters, who probably talk about her behind her back. This loneliness causes her to enjoy irritating or hurting others emotionally. She finds it hard to express these feelings to others, and these feelings are a heavy weight in her heart.

Before coming to camp, Lyra was a nice girl, though still quite flirty. She had a warm heart, good friends, and a boyfriend she loved. However because all of this is gone now, a great feeling of loneliness has overcome her, causing her to treat others badly. It is almost like the old Lyra is trapped deep inside the new, waiting to escape. To be rescued.

Desired plots:
~A really close friend(preferably a girl) who can help her recover from her loneliness.
~Someone to train her to fight, as she isn't very skilled yet.
~Someone who can show her the way she treats some people is wrong, and it needs to stop
~Someone she can talk to about her past

History
Like a lot of demigods, Lyra had a near normal early childhood. She wasn't the brightest kid academically, but had very good 'street-smarts'. She could talk her way out of most situations, and this helped her whenever she got in touble in school. By her early teens, Lyra seemed to have it all; a good boyfriend, a decent relationship with her father and step mother, and a large number of friends who practically adored her. All of this was snatched away, however, after one horrible night.

It had been stormy out, more stormy than Lyra had ever remembered. She and her parents had gathered in the basement, fearing a hurricane was imminent. Suddenly something busted down the basement door. Wind spirits, monsters created from hostile winds few down into the basement, tearing Lyra's parents apart before her eyes.

The police found Lyra's parents' bodies, and a funeral was held. Many of the neighbours speculated Lyra was the killer of her parents, and this sparked up rumours. Even her boyfriend thought she was behind the killings. Lyra became spiteful, angry that everyone had turned her back on them. She dumped her boyfriend, pushed her friends away, and decided she didn't need them.

Lyra went to an orphanage, where by some amazing feat she hadn't gotten herself kicked out of. She spent a miserable time here, barely talking to anyone. After about a month she was noticed by a seeker who brought her to camp.

Camp was amusimg for Lyra, especially as she'd been claimed almost immediately after arrival. This caused other campers to dislike her, and Lyra decided to build up on their disliking by being horrible to people. She felt that she'd done awful things to her old boyfriend and friends, and deserved to be hated. Lyra started to think she was a dispicable human being, but shrouded these thoughts in a facade of a confident, cheeky and mischievous girl, who knew exactly how to tick anyone off. Deep down she hopes one day she can become the girl she once was.

I think these two could be friends. If Flint can handle the fact Gus will flirt with him a lot (without actually making a move on him) they'd probably get along fine. Gus visits camp at times but now is at college and earn a little extra as a musician. They could probably keep in touch well enough since Flint is a son of Hermes. Perhaps they can have some bonding going on? In the past Gus would have been at camp only curing summers because he was sent to private school in France during the school year but I still think they have a fair shot?

Wel Gus plays guitar and sings so he could in theory be part of a band. He's a bit of an attention whore and a total flirt so he'd flirt with Jasper too. They probably would have met during one of Gus' extremely frequent visits to the infirmary at camp. Even though as mentioned before he didn't spend a huge ton of time at the camp I think they could be friends. But let me know what you think!

Now this is an interesting one. From what I read Gus and Lyra are similar in their attitudes. If she flirts and lets him think she's interested and bounces him off at the last moment he'd simply shrug, light a smoke and move on. Since she'd have a lot of trouble to actually manage to hurt him I think these two could actually be friends. He wouldn't really correct her behaviour much as what he does is very similar but at times he'd probably ask her why on earth she doesn't do commitment. If she bounces back he'd probably be very casual about it. He doesn't expect to be trusted and doesn't trust people that fast. They could certainly talk about their past and all and perhaps in time he could see her as a bit of a younger sister? She has the kind of thing that would be able to trigger his protective instincts at least.
